real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreBryan was great at coming in and looking around. taking measurments etc. Very nice, but it too a little too long to get the report back. Otherwise when the report came it was easy to read and understand. The price is what made me choose him and he lived up to what i requested.
Description of Work: Bryan worked outside the home first. taking measurements. then did a thorough check of the garage and storage area. We went throught the house together, him asking questions on new additions or repairs, and types of wood. All the while he was taking notes and after the walkthru he documented the entire house including the garage with pictures. We chatted awhile, and I found out a lot about Bryan that made me glad that I had chosen him.
