Terrible experience. First we were told the only choice of a water filtration system for the kitchen sink was an expensive system. After installation, we were told that much of the plumbing under the kitchen sink needed redoing including cutting a hole through the outside wall. We were never told this was now necessary due to the filter they had installed...so we declined. The filtration system stopped working within 6 months but as a rental we could not get work done until 2 more months later. The manager was rude, made us wait 2 1/4 hours for a scheduled call back; said the only stand by their work for 6 months; would not repair, replace, remove or refund it because we waited too long (nearly a year in their words) and lied saying that they told us the additional plumbing would be necessary before any work started. We were here to know what happened, he was not. Our property manager installed a new one for a much lower price with no need for any work to the plumbing under the sink. Then, told our outside mister could be repaired for $300, after 2 hours we were told it was old and could only be made a bit better. One year later, our property manager just changed out the nozzles for a few dollars and it works like new...shouldn't a plumber have known that would fix it. Additionally, the previous owner of this property had this company put in a new toilet. The one installed was industrial strength, terribly noisy and had to be replaced. We were occupying the home when this work was done so have direct knowledge of this. Finally, our experience included multiple attempts made to upsell us things like redoing all plumbing in the house. We would never recommend this company to anyone
