I would like to clarify that the pricing was higher at first due to the first call was made through another online company,that I had subcontract work through which required 50% of the labor cost I no longer use there services due to excessive pricing for leads."

who had an actual person answering the phone. Spoke with a woman who
took down all my details. Shortly thereafter, Barry (he's the owner)
called me to schedule a time he could come by. He came (same day!) at
around 2pm (of note, he even called me to let me know he was early to
make sure it was ok). Very professional, checked out my Whirlpool
washing machine. Determined what the issue was, gave me a fair estimate,
time to make a decision (wasn't pressured to proceed with job right
then and there), and also told me what he thought with regards to repair
vs replace. The part (certified Whirlpool replacement by the way) we needed
arrived the next day and he installed it. About as easy as it possibly could have been given the situation. Outstanding communication. Followed up on all my questions, concerns, phone calls. Made gentle suggestions about things I
could do to prevent issues in the future, like cleaning out the drain
under the washing machine. (Who knew that existed?) Really couldn't be
happier! Will definitely use him again if we have issues with our
appliances, though he also does heat and air so will definitely consider
him for that as well.
