+ -1 moreEvery year, before rainy season, we call Rick Willims to check out our older, wood shake roof. He repairs small holes made by critters and looks for other potential problems that may need fixing. We have gotten a few more years out of our old roof because of his good work. His cost varies depending on how extensive the repairs are. Over the years, we have paid between $100 and $350 yearly for his repairs which is a very fair price.
