ALL STAR GLASS INC

The rear passenger window glass of my Prius was replaced at the Concord, CA location, after the window was shattered in a break-in. It seemed fine when I drove off, but today, 1/1/2014, the window is not working properly. When I roll it down and up, its not tracking properly and making a banging noise. I have not contacted them yet about the problem.

Went great! After an online inquiry, we were contacted right away to make an appointment. Tech showed up on time, was professional and courteous. Job was completed on time and at price agreed to.

Someone broke the car window at night in order to take my wife's rolling backpack. (Good news: they took the $10 cash and bluetooth headset, but left the bag with irreplaceable work papers in the open where it was found and returned to us by the Berkeley police!) Since she made the service call—probably without getting multiple estimates as she was in a hurry—and told me they'd be here around 1pm before hurrying out the door. The over-the-phone estimate was $289. Shortly after 1pm, the rep arrived as promised. He said it would take about half an hour, which it did, I paid him and he left with a "have a good day!" All very straightforward and painless, which is just how I like it.

The job that All Star Glass did was pretty typical. They were friendly and the customer service was good. All the work was done in good timing and I consider them to be very helpful.

They came out to my house and replaced the windshield on my minivan. They were friendly, on time, and did the work fast.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I USED ALLSTAR GLASS TO REPLACE A WINDSHIELD. THEY REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD ON MY 1990 DODGE CARAVAN. THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND SHOWED UP AT THE TIME THEY SPECIFIED. THE INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY AND QUICK.
