"WE FOUND NO SIGNAL TO THE UNIT FROM THERMOSTAT DUE TO MISSING RC-RH CONNECTION WHICH WE ADDED AND TOOK CARE OF IT. HOWEVER, THE ALLEGED VALVE WAS ONLY RECEIVING POWER FOR A FRACTION OF SECOND INSTEAD OF 10-15 SECONDS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING. HE THOUGHT WE SHOULD NOT CHARGE HIM FOR MISSING BYPASS REPAIR SO WE OFFERED HIM THE 30.00 BACK WHEN OTHER REPAIR, MAINLY THE IGNITION MODULE, WAS PERFORMED! HIS FURNACE GOT A WHITE ROGER 50A50 CONTROL THAT IS KNOWN FOR ACTING UP FROM TIME TO TIME. I CHECKED THAT SYSTEM MYSELF & HAD NO REASON TO CONDEMN THE VALVE. I AM SURE IF THE VALVE WAS REPLACED BY SOMEBODY ELSE, THERE IS PROBABLY A BAD REVIEW ON THAT COMPANY AS WELL BY THIS CUSTOMER. I GAVE HIM HIS 30.00 BACK REGARDLESS & HE IS STILL NOT HAPPY.
