Two poorly dressed individuals arrived at my home. They ran around opening all the vents using a cordless drill with a dead battery and worn out bit. As the vents were opened one person proceeded to shove a 2 inch diameter brush hose into the 6 inch diameter duct. I really found it humorous when he used the same brush hose on the 15 in central air intake.. They did a lot of "work" in opposite rooms so I was not able to monitor all the activity. At one point I was taken aside and shown a special mold test stick, that they claim came from my house. It was dark purple which means there is mold. They even brought out another one to retest but nothing happened. I was not able to keep the stick. During the upsell, I believe the statement was. "what we did today is much like washing your hands without soap". I ended up going around and installing all of the vents they had removed since their bit was rounding off the screws. I thought they were very professional. They spent time with me about my system and gave me the best scenario on how long my system would last.

I contacted them because I had a coupon from their company for cleaning the entire venting system. I am a little wary of the job though, because he there was a language barrier. He was Mexican and it was hard for me to understand him. When I called he told me that they had been in business for the past thirteen years. I double checked that the coupon was sixty dollars to clean the entire venting system, both upstairs and downstairs. I asked him a few questions about the work and the company then we scheduled the appointment.
