AEROTECH HEATING & COOLING

Aerotech Heating & Cooling owner, Mike and his apprentice were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Mike responded to my late day call for help and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly on time and he was very nice. Mike quickly identified my problem and offered an affordable and immediate resolution. Fortunately, Mike had all the parts needed to repair my AC compressor in his service truck. It was a very hot week, so a fast repair was perfect and very important to me. Thanks Mike, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Everything went very well. Mr. Smith took photos of what he saw in my attic and on the roof (where the heater is) to support his recommendation for work that needed to be done. He handled everything quickly and professionally, and the heater is running more efficiently now.

Mike was one of three contractors who bid on the job. He came highly recommended by my son-in-law, who is a plumber. His bid was substantially lower than the bid of the other contractor who bid on Trane equipment. I was concerned about the fact that Mike's bid left one contingency open. I told him this and he removed the contingency. He began work on the agreed date and finished it within two days as he had estimated.He promptly scheduled one necessary inspection which was performed today and the project passed inspection. The city inspection will be scheduled tomorrow and I am confident that, if the project does not pass that inspection Mike will take any action necessary to get a certificate of completion from the city inspector.

I have been using Mike for over 20 years and he always does a great job.

Mike is an old-fashioned businessman. I called him on Thursday and asked when the soonest was that he could come out. I'd been dealing with 2 other AC companies since early June and my AC was still not fixed.
Mike said he could come out Saturday between 9 and noon. He showed up around 11am and quickly changed out the contactor part. However, the AC still would not turn on. He had a look at the thermostat in the hallway and realized it needed to be changed out too so he did that in about 10 minutes and I finally had air conditioning! It feels like such a luxury, having been without it for a month and a half (though Mike says in Sacramento, AC is not a luxury, it's a necessity and he is right!)
He is super knowledgeable and gives great customer service. Highly recommend! I will use him to keep my old system going as long as I possibly can before shelling out $8900 for a new system.

We are so pleased to be able to give a great grade/review on Angie's List for Aerotech Heating and Cooling and would certainly call him again, as well as, recommend him to our friends and neighbors.
What happened was we returned home to find the heating system not staying on once it was turned on. We spent 1 night without heat thinking we could fix it ourselves the next day. That next day we could not figure out what the issue was so we searched Angie's List and ended up contacting Aerotech Heating and Cooling and Mr. Smith was available almost immediately.
When he arrived he was professional, courteous and polite. He looked at the unit, diagnosed a possible problem and went to work. As it turned out he stated he would replace a certain part and if that part did not fix the issue he would try something else. Well, the original part replacement was not the issue and he put our part back in and replaced the 2nd part, which turned out to be the issue. What was also nice is when he had to go to his shop to pick up the part he returned within an hour.
He also did not mind us watching him work on the HVAC and even told us some things we did not know. We had asked him some questions about the unit. as well as, some questions about possible replacement down the road. He did not pressure us into purchasing a new unit, nor did he perform any unnecessary work.
We would highly recommend Aerotech Heating and Cooling.
