Carpet Cleaning
I was not satisfied with Advantage at all. I wanted my carpet stream cleaned as it was badly stained. Although they were on time and professional in appearance and the man answered my questions well, I felt pressured to get them dry cleaned. The man assured me dry cleaning would be best and dry cleaned it. After he left, I still saw spots in my carpet so called them back. Eventually he gave me back my money, minus the scotch guard and deodorizing fee.

I THOUGHT THE SERVICE MEN WERE VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES WOMAN WAS VERY NICE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. I DO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE.
