AAD POLAR LITES INC

Jones Electric was recommended by Polar Lites on Friday November 15th 2013. When I spoke to the owner of Polar Lites he mention to send the email request for the estimate and that they will have somebody be in contact from Jones Electric. As I spoke to Polar Lite on Monday he wanted a picture of my residence and thought to myself who give a estimate by picture? I did mention to that to Polar Lites and he sub-contracted my call to Jones Electric and my picture of my residence for a call back. I didn't receive a call until November 19th 2013 @ 4pm in the afternoon. As Jones Electric knew about my request on Friday November 15th I didn't receive a call until Tuesday November 19th. Per our conversation with Jones Electric he had all the time in the world to call me and tell that he couldn't get out there to do a estimate until 3 week out approximately the first week of December and I told him that was acceptable and my decoration was already up and it defeat the purpose of my decorations. Jones Electric knew the workload everyday and had me wait for 4 days and should of made a courtesy call for whether he was going to give me a estimate or not. Jones Electric mention over the phone that he had huge workload and didn't give me a call...Really? I don't buy that one bit that is another way of making excuses and/or procrastinating and pushing the issue aside. Jones Electric needs to be honest in their Customer Service and their Job Performance over the phone it would help, needless to say others that gave them good reviews. If you can't follow up on your on your customers request and make a courtesy call then your reputation and integrity went down the tubes. If you want to try them go ahead but make sure they (Jones Electric) don't what they did to me, and I'm sure they won't after this momentous frustration. Jones Electric is sub-contracted by Polar Lites when they need them if they can't do anything that is electrical so that when Jones Electric comes in. But after speaking to Polar Lites he made a comment about my brand new 5 year home saying that if you can't walk on the roof then it must not be a good roof. I told him that the roof is made of tile and they will crack because its a Spanish style home like all these new home and I thought it was very rude to talk about somebody home especially when they don't know nothing about you. So, please take this in stride and beware and make sure you make a good choice.
