 + -1 moreJim Sloan of Action Security installed our alarm system about 10 years ago. We've had his monthly monitoring system ever since. He updates any equipment (i.e. back-up batteries) as needed and provides excellent personal service. The monitoring service is responsible and reliable. (They follow-up promptly on our false alarms. Fortunately we've had no real ones.) We recommend Action Security highly.
