Very satisfied with the end result. They take pride in doing the job right.

Derrick Carter arrived quite near the time we agreed upon. He worked diligently. At one point, after installing the lock, which seemed to work fine, he detected a slight (well I don't exactly remember what) and he took it all back out and corrected the problem.
Earlier on he had to adjust the lock to be a and quot;left hand reverseand quot; which he deftly and expertly did, discovering that an internal piece also needed reversing after trying it out.
I was impressed with his good spirit, friendliness, and most of all his knowledge of so many lock systems and expertise in appraising and fixing them.
I would definitely use him again.

He was accommodating, professional, and very service-minded. He was honest, and when he broke a part he was not able to find a replacement so he manufactured one. His work was excellent.

The shop staff looked at the items I brought in - during lunch hour, and with no advance appointment - and arranged for a technician who was currently out to perform the work when he returned. They asked me to give them an hour or so, and to return to pick up the items and pay. I returned, and purchased an additional recommended item (lock lubricant). The price for the service was minimal - about $10.

I had called six other locksmith companies - none of which answered the phone. Anytime Locksmith picked up immediately, got the information and called me right back once he was able to pull off the road. He charged a reasonable rate, came quickly, and was extremely kind and professional. He really got me out of a pinch!! And, his prompt attention kept a bad situation from turning into a crisis. I would highly recommend this company.

Our daughter locked herself out of her house - herself and her two daughters, 2 yrs old and 5 mos old. Her husband was out of town, so no one else had a key. She called us from a neighbor's house (her cell phone was also locked in the house) and my husband opened the phonebook and called a local locksmith. It was a warm day and my daughter was outside with both girls - and the locksmith arrived in about 15 minutes. My daughter said that he was very courteous and professional. He got her inside her house quickly - and she said that he made sure it wouldn't cost more than the minimum fee. My husband had told him over the phone that if she couldn't pay for it, the locksmith was to call him and he would pay for it over the phone. When our daughter said she was going to pay, the locksmith told her a couple of times that her dad had said he'd pay for it and didn't she want him to call her dad?! I appreciated that he tried so hard to get my daughter to do it that way, but she insisted on paying for it herself. In any case, we really appreciated his quick service and his kindly manner. If this ever happens again, we will be sure to call him.

THEY CAME OUT AT TWO IN THE MORNING TO LET ME IN MY HOUSE AND CHANGE MY LOCKS SO I COULD SLEEP IN PEACE. I WAS GRATEFUL THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT THAT LATE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

HE DOES VERY GOOD WORK, HE IS REALLY FAST AT WHAT HE DOES. HE IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS TO HIS CUSTOMERS. I WAS AMAZED AT THE SPEED AT WHICH HE MADE THE KEYS AND CHANGED THE LOCKS.
