A Z Cut

This hair solon did a hair color and cut for me. I told the operator, Jenny, to color my hair with the same color as my previous visit.  She told me she wrote down the color.  When I saw the color of my hair I told her it looked lighter than before and she said "the sun coming through the windows makes it look lighter".  She then gave me a hair cut and it was exactly the way I liked it.  The next day at home I realized my hair color was blonde and most of the roots were still grey!!  I am going to have the color re-done for free, but Jenny is gone until the middle of next week.  This salon has many male clients that only require a haircut.  In my opinion, the hair coloring is not done properly and Jenny did not keep my color on a record as she stated she did.  Be Careful when using this salon for anything but a haircut.
