An area behind my house was literally flooding daily when the irrigation system was running. "A Caring Lawn Service" was hired to find and repair the leak(s) in the garden irrigation system. They came when I was not home and called me saying they found a broken pipe in the back of my yard and fixed it. Mark explained that the flooding behind my house was a result of water traveling from the broken pipe in the back yard. I paid him. The next day and every day since the flooding continues behind my house when the irrigation system is turned on. I called Mark approximately six times to report the continued flooding. He returned my phone call twice, both times saying he would come out to inspect/fix later that day or the following day. He never showed up, and ceased returning my phone calls thereafter. A 10 x 3 foot area next to the back of my house remains covered with a heavy piece of plastic because it is a flooded muddy mess.
