+ -1 moreHe arrived when he said he would. He solved the problem. He took the time to educate us. He only charged us for the service call. I would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: I just moved into the home, which had been vandalized prior to my purchase. We replaced the thermostat as the other one was damaged. We could not get the heat to go on, so we called. He crawled up in the attic and cehcked everything out and got our heater working perfectly.

+ -1 moreOnce again this company showed up when they said they would, which was at the end of their day on the same day I called. Richard was very professional and courteous. He spent the time to educate me on my current situation. He did not charge me anything for this appointment! After my conversation with Richard, I felt that he had a very strong work ethic. I would absolutely recommend this company.
Description of Work: My heater started acting up... sometimes it worked, but usually didn't. This time Richard came out. He went up in my attic, and by the time he came down the ladder, my heat was working again. As did the previous technician, Richard took the time to educate me.
