They are a retail shop. I thought the price was expensive. The quality was really good, but I do have a problem with the cord lock. They are guaranteed for seven years, so they ordered the wrong part. The right part has been ordered, so I'm waiting on that. They are taking kind of a long time. They were responsive, it's just taking a long time. I had to schedule them three times. I would recommend them. The people that came out were really great. They were the ones that sold it to me and helped me make the decisions. They were really good. Where I have problems is with the independent contractor that works for 3 Day Blinds; the one that does the repair. The installer was really good. He gave me lots of tips about the installation.

Made appointment. They were on time, quick, and professional. Work was completed in a little over two weeks as it had to be custom made. Appointment to install took all of 15 minutes. No fuss, no bother, no hassles, just what a company is supposed to do.

It was good. We had some problems with installation and being a little bit slow. Other than that, they were good. I think the price was a little high. Their overall turn around time needs to be improved.

It was fine.  They were here April of 2014.  The workers were fine.  I'm really not that pleased with the blinds because they're a little on the chintzy side, they're not good quality.  The price was reasonable I just thought I was going to get more for my money.  The servicemen were very good.
