Gifts
The clerk recommended and showed me a wide selection of traveling photo albums. They were just right. Leather covers, were very tasteful. They volunteered to gift wrap them. I told them I would be back in an hour to pick up the gifts. I paid for the items. One hour later I came back to pick up the gifts. They were ready to go, but there was a slight problem with the prices. The clerk informed me that she had discovered an error in her ringing up the sale and thus had overcharged me $8. She apologized, gave me $8 and a beautiful canvass shopping bag with wooden handles and holiday decorations, with the explanation that the management wanted me to have the shopping bag for having been inconvenienced with the overcharge. I went home a happy camper.
