Think twice about doing business with Top Producers Realtors in Running Springs, California. I have rented through Top Producers for 11 years. On August 10, 2022, I was in the process of packing and moving, when I was locked out of my home by Mike Alps. I had paid the full months rent and was given August 1 -15 to finish moving and cleaning. My furniture and a new washer/dryer combo were appropriated by the owner. I have asked for compensation for the stolen property, half of the full months rent, and the security deposit. Top Producers did reimburse half of the full months rent, but nothing else. They are no longer returning my communications. I have filed a lawsuit for the remaining $4500.00. ?

Ilona Gidley helped us find a wonderful deal on a foreclosed cabin in Running Springs. We were in a bidding war, but with Ilona's expert
guidance, we still got the property for under the asking price. We are very satisfied with Ilona and Top Producers Realty and we'd use them again.

My husband and I looked at several homes in Running Springs and we fell in love with a foreclosure that is a complete fixer upper. We got a 1244 sq ft home on over 6200 sq ft lot for $80,000. After about $16,000 in upgrades and repairs, it will be perfect! Running Springs is in between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. It's a quiet small-town community. We are using the house as a weekend retreat and possibly a retirement destination in 10 years.
