THE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. I CALLED WITH MY CONCERN (THAT THERE WAS NO COLD AIR COMING OUT OF THE VENTS) AND THE NEXT DAY SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THE COMPANY SERVICE MAN TO ARRIVE AT THE HOUSE AND HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION.
