We have a GE microwave/self-cleaning oven combo. The self-cleaning cycle would only go for 2 hours and then shut off before completing the cleaning cycle. GE would not send a technician out because the oven was out of warranty. We really did not want to have to replace the oven since it wasn't that old.
Mario at Mountain Appliance Repair came out, diagnosed the problem and changed the control panel. When the oven still didn't go through the complete cleaning cycle he did further research and came up with the solution (it was the automatic door lock) and was able to complete the repair. The cleaning cycle now goes through the complete 4 hour cycle and the oven is clean. Mario only charged for the work that solved the problem. He called before showing up for an appointment and always showed up on time.
We would happily use this company again and recommend it.
