Verizon Wireless - City Of Industry

I’ve been happy with my cell phone service but I was unhappy with the store. I think overall the service has been good.  I have a son who lives in Oregon and I don’t have any trouble getting in touch with him.  I also have a daughter in Texas and that seems to be fine as well.  The only thing I had a problem with was when I had to get a new cell phone charger for my car; in my opinion their cell phone chargers don’t last very long.  I went into the store to get a charger and I asked if they could come out to my car and show me how put it in the car and they wouldn’t do that. Then my husband called them and they were much more responsive to him.  I didn’t appreciate that they acted like they weren’t going to help me at all.  If I didn't have to, I would probably go to another company.  I have other people on my contract that I have to consider.
