Since my last visit experience on May 2014 to have my last MB GLK maitenance service done at TB Auto , i almost have not question about their computer system and the knowledge they have , but they impress me again within this visit , their computer system really up to todays auto information. Tech-Tony , Andy and Jason were able to solve my error code from my 2014 E350 and my boyfriend were impress as well because Technician -Ken were able to explain to him every detail about his 2014 GT 535i.
Since i found TB Auto Repair and Service i finally realize its pointless to pay to dealer so much for Fancy lobby and free refill coffee. With TB Auto i had learn so much about my current 2014 E350 and my boy friend were 100% satisfied with their service , knowledge and price. Plus We only want Original brand new parts, we believe you get what you pay for, we will come back all our future service/repair needs.
Remember you pay to get you auto service /repair job done right not paying for people to learn how to repair your car!

On May the 22nd 2014 i Went to TB Auto Repair and services locate at Rowland Heights CA My 2012 750Li were out of manufacturer warranty and i did not want to go back to my dealer for service at high cost , i ask my friend Linda for referral , therefor she recommend me to pay a visit at TB Auto Repair at Rowland Heights, when i arrive around 10am at location their place already fully pack but yet Ken had took my car in and take a look by hook up to his BMW analys system and run a quick test and detail report to find out if i need any major work , the report came out great no major work need to be done but yet he told my air filter and A/C filter need to be replace and also due for an oil service. for such minor work he went ahead and have his team work on my car right away. while i were waiting at the lobby i saw lots other name brand car such as Bentley, Porsche, BMW and Mercedes in their shop , i spoke with cupel of his customers they were all been with TB Auto over fifteen years. they told me this is the only place they go with when need car job need to be done. the reason is because they knew TB auto only use OEM parts and also costless than all other dealers, with an hour one of the tech call my name and bring me my old filters and i though that was the original one that came with the new car when i purchased it. and quot; Oh my… the dealer never did any cleaning or warn me about this, the filters fill with fit and dust..no wonder it smell so bad every time i turn on my and quot; A/C and quot; anyhow i really appreciated i reveal the truth with dealers services . after all, i only pay $275 at TB Auto if i went to dealer with cost twice more . i am so happy with their service here and i will deff recommend all my friends to visit this place. Thanks to Ken, Andy, Tony and Jason . your guys are AWESOME!!!!! Two thumbs up!!!

On March 5th 2014 I brought in my BMW 750LI to TBAuto repair and Serv for computer reset also oil change. The head tech --Ken had explain to me by looking at their computer while he did the reset . As the oil change he show me the new bottle of mobile 1 of the oil they use for all their client . I were refer by my friend to TB Auto Repair and Service who also own a BMW and strongly recomment to visit TB auto repair because Len is a BMW certified tech . After my visit I felt thrill and will deff come to TBAuto for my car service from this point on .

One day I had check engine light on suddenly. I decided not to take any chances and took my car to Ken for diagnosis. Ken hooked up my car with a computer and found several potential reasons, all of which had to do with minor emission leak in the fuel tank system. Ken told me to find it he had to use an equipment to inject some sort of smoke into the fuel system to identify the leak. I was eager to have it fixed because driving with check engine light on makes me nervous. So one morning I brought my car in and by late afternoon Ken already found it and fixed it already. It turned out to be an old seal. I could not be happier since by Ken finding and fixing the problem saved me a lot of money then if I had to replace the entire unit. I have been driving for weeks after it was fixed and the check engine light stayed OFF! Thank you Ken!

Finally! A mechanic I can trust! I cannot tell you how much I recommend T B Auto and owner, Ken Yen.
As many can attest, it's hard to find an honest mechanic who isn't out to up-sell you on parts you don't need or way overcharge for labor. If you're a woman, then I bet you're particularly tired of being condescended to or ripped off by shady auto shops. I know I was.
I'm glad I read the Yelp reviews- T B Auto Service was great, just like many others have said.
Ken helped me right away and demonstrated to me exactly what was malfunctioning in my engine (it was my signal relay) and even temporarily subbed in a working part to prove it. My car is an older-model BMW, so it's sort of hard to find just the right parts, and they're almost always overpriced. He ordered the parts right in front of me and gave me a total price that I felt was more than fair-- MUCH better than the estimates I'd been getting! My part came in and the whole job was finished earlier than they anticipated. After a high-five from Ken, I was on my way!
On top of the fast, demonstrative, and fairly-priced service, Ken is so genuinely friendly and ready to answer whatever concerns you have without being condescending or confusing. His son Andy (who is a bit of a drift-racing celebrity) was also very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. These guys are real pros and they treat customers fairly.
I didn't feel intimidated or like I was being cast aside at all, which is such a refreshing change of pace!
T B Auto Service is what every auto shop should strive to be. They're my new go-to place, for sure!

I called the owner, Ken. I brought it in and he hooked it up to the computer,and found that I was leaking gas. He did not charge me and gave me a lot of information on the light. I was very impressed. He also said that I could always bring it back in to be looked at. I will definately bring it back to him.
