Tito's bid was competitive, so we contracted for him to do the work. The result is BEAUTIFUL! He and his crew were wonderful to work with. We couldn't be more pleased.

When we bought our house it was in mostly great condition but the backyard was an eyesore.  It had a nice overhead patio but with old, pink, cracked concrete covered by an old rug.  The yard was basically a sea of woodchips with a large old shed that we hated. 
So when we decided to redo our backyard we knew it was going to be a huge project.  We initially got three estimates and were pretty impressed with all three of the contractors who came out.  But, one estimate came in significantly lower and so we decided to go with Tito Ruiz?s estimate.
From the beginning, Tito was very responsive, professional and easy to work with.  He got the initial estimate to us very quickly and as soon as we were ready Tito?s crew was able to start the work.  His employees were also very professional, did very good work and always cleaned up after themselves.  My husband and I couldn't stop talking about the excellent workmanship in every aspect of the job.  In total, they removed all our unwanted landscaping and large shed, installed a new paver patio, installed planter area with tropical plants, new sod throughout the backyard, planted fruit trees, new sprinkler and irrigation system throughout the backyard, replaced fence on one side of the yard, installed new wrought iron gates in front of house and installed a new tree and some flowers in our front yard planter (a tree there before had fallen down recently in a storm). They even completed the project before the anticipated date which we were very happy about!
Throughout the project I called, emailed and texted Tito to go over some of the fine details of the project to make sure everything was
perfect.  He always got back to me right away.  I was particular about the types of trees and plants I wanted and Tito was able to come through with everything. Throughout the project he caught a few things that he wasn't really 100% happy about and fixed them; these were things I hadn't even thought of! It really felt like Tito wanted the end result to be just as perfect as I did!  He made the whole experience for me as low stress as it could possibly be.
My husband and I want to replace our concrete driveway with pavers next year and will definitely be calling Tito!  I highly recommend you contact him for any landscaping/masonry work you need done. You will be happy with not only the price but the entire experience.

Probably like most of you reading this review I try to investigate as much as possible of who I'm thinking about hiring, so when I say I'm extremely pleased with everything about process of attaining estimate to the work that Tito and his crew did it carries a lot of extra weight behind it.

I actually found Tito on another review service where he has quite a few of very positive reviews that were full of praise and reasonable pricing, so that is what first caught my attention. Once I talked to him on phone and then met with him it was pretty much a done deal even though I did contact several other highly recommended contractors. I never felt pressured and I was very comfortable talking to him and going over different options and suggestions. My impression throughout the process of first contact was his genuineness and fairness - I don't think I could give much higher praise. He was always prompt in calling, very accessible, and excellent and thorough on the work his crew completed.

The actual work he did was to repair the front of my property where an errant driver drove up the sloped planter area in front of my house. This front of this planter areas is a 2 1/2 ft high retaining wall topped with specialty brick which was heavily damaged, along with sprinklers and plants. If you came by now and were standing directly in front of it you would never know there was a repair done. In addition, I had the section below the retaining wall that was another skinny long irregular section along the whole retaining all cleared out and had the same type brick topping used to fill that area in. He had his brick layer use a beautiful pattern that really sets off this front yard section.

I highly recommend giving Tito a least a call for estimate, so you can judge for yourself. I sincerely believe you would be just as impressed.
