QUALITY PAINTING

I was very pleased with QP's service. The seats on my patio chairs had finally given out - after 20 years. I called Quality Painting and I was able to send them a picture of the chairs so they could determine if they would be able to do the work. They gave me an estimate over the phone and a price for pick up and delivery. (PU & delivery was essential for me.) This was well below the cost of a new patio set and besides I really liked the comfort of these chairs - I didn't see any design of new chairs that I thought would be as comfortable.The service person came promptly and called 10 minutes before arriving. He was very professional. He had a wide selection of possible fabrics to use to replace the older fabric (none exactly matching - but that's because the existing was old fashioned - from the 80's). He could tell me the pros and cons of each type (breathability, washability, etc) and I selected the perfect color to match the umbrella. He also could explain the value of replacing the fabric on these - since the construction was better on these older sets than on new. Although not part of the service, he said they would do some rejuvenation on the aluminum frames. He told me the job could take 4 weeks because they were very busy right now. However, I've just got the chairs back today after only 3 weeks. Again, the delivery person was professional and courteous. The chairs look brand new, including the frames. The delivery person explained how I could make the frame of the table look that good (wash and then use liquid turtle wax - as on a car). Overall - very happy with this service.
