 + -1 moreThe sanitizing wrap was defective, not sized correctly for the mattress. I complained and instead of trying to handle the service for me, they immediately sent me to corporate. They would not even make a phone call for me to get the issue resolved, despite admitting that it was the wrong top.
Description of Work: I bought a high end beauty rest mattress, sanitizing cover and two nightstands I am arthritic. he talked me into a pillow-top.
