Mattresses
The sanitizing wrap was defective, not sized correctly for the mattress. I complained and instead of trying to handle the service for me, they immediately sent me to corporate. They would not even make a phone call for me to get the issue resolved, despite admitting that it was the wrong top.

SALES PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY- NOT PUSHY AND VERY COURTEOUS ABOUT GETTING PRICES AND TRYING MATTRESS IN THE STORE.
