I had a problem getting my heater to turn on using my thermostat and was quite concerned since the weather has gotten so cold at night. The next morning, I called three heating & A/C companies listed on Angie's List and Jack Chao & Assoc. was the company that was willing to accommodate me and fit me into his schedule. He said he would come between 5:00-5:30 p.m. (after his job in Diamond Bar). I explained that I couldn't get the heat to turn on using my thermostat and I didn't hear the usual click from the furnace when I used the thermostat. Mr. Chao came promptly at 5:30 p.m. and checked the furnace ignition module and my thermostat. He explained that the ignition module was not working. My furnace is 26 years old and I was very pleased he brought a new ignition module to replace the original module. I thought the problem was only in my thermostat but I was wrong. I was very pleased with his service and especially since he was able to fit me in his schedule.

JACK IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ALSO WAS VERY PATIENT IN EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM TO ME. HE ALSO TOOK TIME TO PROVIDE INFORMATION IN EVALUATING THE NEW UNIT.
