General Remodeling
Kunous, the project manager, was on time for the estimate appointment, and sent me the proposal thru email later on the same day. He was very attentive to every detail as I described to him how I expected the work to be delivered, committing everything to the document. After the crew started he visited the work daily and immediately addressed any issues (few minor ones) that I encountered. Once the job was completed, he inspected the work area to make sure everything complied with the requirements in the proposal, before releasing the crew. I rarely say this but Kunous far exceeded my expectations, making sure that I was happy with the outcome of the project.
