Called Friday afternoon. The person answering the phone said it would be $30 for an estimate, which would apply to the cost if we decided to have the work done. She gave me a 1-hour time frame to expect the repairman the following morning. He arrived during that time frame, diagnosed and gave us an estimate. We accepted the estimate and the work was done very quickly. The repairman worked quietly and focused on his work without bothering the household in any way. That fixed the problem and we have no further problems with the TV.
