The person that runs it is really an animal person. She treats them more like kids when she's with them. The facility is very clean and they have no smell. It's a kennel but it doesn't smell like that at all.

They are nice, they take good care of them and they like animals obviously. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I left this practice trying to save money. In the end I lost my kitty as a result of poor care elsewhere. Dr. Reynolds welcomed me back and I noticed that he was adjusting his costs for me so that I could afford to stay. He is a fantastic Vet and I will stay with him from now on. I have two other cats that deserve his good care. My last visit included x-rays, putting my poor sick kitty down, having her ashes returned to me, in I might add, the nicest box I have ever seen for this purpose. The only problem I have ever had with this office involved a couple of Techs and not the Doctor. I believe this Doctor actually does care about his patients and their owners. Prior to retirement I worked in medicine ( people ) so I know of what I speak. Have had ZERO problems since returning. Hope he stays in business for years to come. Great man!

West Roseville Veterinary Hospital is effective. Their treatment is working for my sickly cat. He's started to put on weight again. I've had a lot pets and have been using them for all their care, pretty much, for all their lives. Dr. Reynolds, the other vets that are there and their receptionists are all very compassionate, caring people. Their price has been good. They have certain days they just do surgery and the other days, they're seeing pets for their appointments. If you need to get in there for an emergency, they get you in there.

We adopted a 10-year old wire-haired daschund from the SPCA who was badly in need of grooming services. Having never owned a wire-haired daschund, we had no idea what a properly groomed daschund looked like. Tommi, the groomer, did a great job with our dog and we were very pleased. He strolled out of their establishment with a cute Bandana around his neck. So cute! My neighbor has brought his dog to the resort several times and says that his dog absolutely loves it here. I will be doing the same with our dog when the time comes. This establishment also offers veterinary services, but I can not vouch for that because I have a veterinary we've been using.
