Trinity Heating & Cooling

We were experiencing a heat wave in July. Of course that's when it seems like everyone's air conditioners start to brake down. The news was reporting that the call volumes were extremely high and some companies were booked out for several weeks with hundreds of calls coming in. That's when our air conditioner started acting up. I called John and he was able to squeeze me in the very next day. I was AMAZED that he would be willing to find time for me. The entire time he was at my house, his phone was ringing non-stop. He was very professional and gave me his full attention and said he would answer the calls after my appointment was finished. I really appreciated that because it showed that he also valued my time. John was very knowledgeable and did a thorough check of our system and measured the temperature throughout our home. It turns out that a power surge occurred the day before causing the air conditioner to do some sort of reset. I remembered this because my computer went down several times. John explained that this sometimes happens with a power surge and this will cause the air not to blow cool air immediately as a result. John was absolutely right and the air conditioner began to function normally. He wasn't even going to charge me for the full 1 hr service call because he was at the house for about 40 minutes but I insisted. It was the least I could do since he went out of his way to fit me into his schedule during a high demand peak. Excellent customer service and I will definitely use John again.
