Trico just completed the exterior painting of our large home. Completely satisfied with how excellent it came out. Trico has the most amazing communication from the quote to the final walkthrough. I've been a long time business owner and customer of quality vendors and I believe that Trico's goal of excellence is not just words, but backed up actually results and the customer experience. They are going to do the work in July. They were booked pretty far out. There was no cost for the estimate. The estimate was average, not the highest or the lowest. I have not seen their work yet but I would use them again for an estimate. We choose them because they were professional and on time. They weren't the highest or lowest but they were the best put together and punctual. They came forward with the most forward with the best reviews and from that talk that I have with them.

First class work. true professionals. They even setup a spray booth in the garage to paint the cabinet doors. These guys are as good as you're going to get. My garage was cleaner when they left then when they got there. Workmanship was great.

The crew were on time on Monday and power washed, covered and painted our 2 story house in 2 days and painted all the inside doors and closets in 1 day. We were impressed with the work and how great everything turned out. I know I was a pain in the butt with all my concerns and questions via calls and emails but Tim and Marriaha were great about dealing with me. So thank you both.. We would definitely recommend them as well as use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with Tim Flood and his crew at TriCo Painting. They arrived on time, completed the job as scheduled and cleaned up the work area each day they were there. The work was completed professionally and the crew was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire again for future painting projects.

The painting of the house went fantastic. Tim came to the house and worked with us on color selection. He then provided samples of the final colors. On the morning of the start date a crew of three arrived at 8am. They were professional in all parts of their work.from the preparation to painting and clean up. The quality of work is outstanding and the house looks great. We look forward to using TRI-CO again when by in laws paint their house.

Good. About 5 guys showed up and they did the whole job in about a day and a half. Very nice guys who seemed to enjoy their work! The house has T111 siding that was in pretty bad shape, but the paint they used made it look new. Trico also had the lowest price of the 3 bids I got. I am going to hire the company again at my new house to remove acoustical ceilings and possibly paint cabinets.

Trico Painting did a great job painting the exterior of our home. They were professional, courteous and they definitely knew what they were doing. There are three painters and and they completed the job in four days (in sweltering heat I might add). Any questions or issues I had (which weren't many) were handled promptly and efficiently. I am very happy with the finished product. I had three different quotes done prior to choosing Trico and they were all significantly more expensive than Trico. Do not hesitate to hire Trico next time you need your house painted. You will be pleased indeed.

TriCo Painting did a really nice job on our two story house. We had put stucco up on the part of the house that used to have siding and so we needed the entire house painted. They came on a Wednesday afternoon and taped and caulked all around the needed areas. They power washed the house. They painted the house the next two days and finished with everything: house, trim and deck by Friday afternoon. It looks really nice. I would recommend them again to anyone. Our neighbor's down the street from us had recommended TriCo paint because they had used them and had found them on Angie's list, so we got an estimate and were very happy with the price and the work.

Overall, I was very pleased with this company. Mr. Flood was not there except to check in on his workers, but when I called him he always answered his phone; I never had to leave a message and wait for him to get back to me. I had a slight problem initially because I could not understand the workers, but later I caught on to it, and everything was fine. They cleaned up when they were done and put everything back where it has been before they started, even putting the house numbers back on the house and hanging the American flag in its bracket. It is stressful to have your house covered in plastic and the gates open, especially because I have pets, but they men worked fast and were very polite. I loved the way the house finally turned out; it looks amazing. I would also like to say that I had several bids from people I had done business with previously and one bid was fifteen-hundred dollars higher and the other was about five-hundred. This lower cost was a huge help and also I was pleased with the fact that Mr. Flood never pushed for a commitment; he just said to call him if I was interested, which I did. He arranged to come at a time that was convenient for me as well. I recommend this company because they were efficient and their cost was low in comparison to others.

They were professional, courteous, and very helpful when we asked questions about paint color. They offered to re-attach new light fixtures (that we had happened to purchase on our own) in the place of the old ones free of charge. They painted the entire exterior of our 2 story home in about a day and a half. Tim was clear that a walk-through (to our satisfaction) would be a condition of receiving payment. We have a pet (and had company) and the crew worked around those obstacles without any issues. I would definitely recommend Trico and hope to use them again. From the initial quote, they made the whole process of painting very painless.

Overall, it went fine. I think the problem stems from the fact that I had a Groupon they had issued and I had purchased. Not only did it take almost three months before they could do it but I had to call them a few days before to see if they were even coming. They didn't seem interested in having to honor it but they did. I bought the Groupon because I needed to find a company to paint the outside of my house and decided to check them out performing a small job. I am a firm believer in doing every job, big or small, with professionalism and pride. I think they are probably a fine company but they shouldn't treat my job any less important just because it was not a huge one. I had asked for an estimate to paint the outside of my house but never got it. Nor did they check back to see if I was satisfied. So, consequently, they didn't get my business for future jobs.

The owner, Tim Flood, gave me a good estimate compared to others. He was responsive via email to my questions about color, finish, and scheduling. I chose Swiss Coffee flat for ceiling and Kilim Beige eggshell for walls. His crew of three guys arrived promptly Wed at 1pm, and finished all prep and part of ceiling by 5pm. They used a lot of plastic to cover cabinets, counters, appliances, and furniture; taped all fixtures, switches, receptacles, etc. Crew started at 8am the next morning and were done by noon. Cleanup was very thorough. The quality of the work was excellent. I'm very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Trico.

We had about 5 different painters come out and give us a quote. Trico seemed to be the best all around as far as price, quality, and warranty. They power washed the house, prepped, and painted all within 4 days. The crew was meticulous! Tim communicated with us to let us know what the plans were from start to finish. We had used them previously for a few interior rooms and look forward to using them again to finish our interior.

I love this company! They were very detail oriented, professional, thorough and quick. They had the entire job completed in three days. I am a very discerning individual, and Trico paint met all my standards. I am so pleased with the work they did I am planning on hiring them in the future.

The house painting went very well. Paint crew prepped and painted a 3,700 sf house in just over a day and a half! I have two neighbors who also used TriCo Painting for their houses and both were equally pleased with the price and result. I highly recommend using this company.

First, I used to be a painter and I am VERY particular on how I paint. I purchased an investment home and I had a tight time line and didn't have time to paint it myself. I called Trico because of the ratings here on Angies List. Tim made an appointment and he came out right on time. We talked about needed to be done and how he would do it. As a former painter I liked what I heard. He gave me a very reasonable bid and I accepted it. They were supposed to start on Monday but I got a call that weekend from Tim and he told me that due to a couple of days of rain on job before mine they couldn't start until Wednesday. This wasn't a problem and I only mention it because HE CALLED ME! One of my peeves with contractors is they don't tell you what is going on. They just don't show up. He told me that they would work the weekend if necessary and would make my deadline. They showed up as promised on Wednesday and his crew got right to work. His guys worked their tails off. They got the job done by Friday and did a great job. I was very pleased. They cleaned up completely. I thought I would have a long list of things to fix or do over but no. They hit a home run. The place looks great and the comments from prospective tenants and the neighbors has been very positive. I am completely satisfied and will use them again.

Professional smooth competent from estimate to finished job.

In 2010 I called Trico Painting to repaint the exterior of my home. I was having a hard time in color and trim selection and Tim was a big help to me. He even said if they started the trim color and I wasn't happy, they would change it for me. This added to my confidence level that I would be pleased with the entire job. Their prep work was very well done, which enhanced the final outcome. This year, I wanted to change the color of the Master Bedroom. Again, Tim helped me confirm the color I wanted. A month after that job, I decided to brighten up the crown moulding and ceiling of the Living Room. The masking of the walls and furniture was immaculate and not one drop of trim color was on the walls, which were not being painted. I have read reports on Trico Painting and specifically asked Tim about the scathing report. He said he has tried numerous times to meet with the customer and address their issues, but they have declined to accept that. I have found Tim and his painters to be attentive, prompt and most efficient. I have recommended them to friends who have hired them and been just as pleased.
