My yard is less than 400 sq ft, very small. Took him 1 1/2 days to complete the job. Tony is a nice guy, friendly and his crew did a good job. They cleaned up good when t he job was complete, which is often missed by some contractors. Some areas for improvement: -no written estimate provided, although I did not request one. My other bids were all written estimates. -He asked to use my bathroom, dropped a number 2 - thanks a lot. Use the gas station next time! -Did not test the sprinklers after sod was installed. I had to adjust several heads as they were aimed in the street. Two of the sprinklers were completely covered by the sod, so I had to cut them out. -Did not replace my sprinkler valve fake rock cover, just left to the side. Not a big deal, the devil is in the details. -His truck leaks oil, so don't let him park it in your driveway. Even with the above areas for improvement, I would still go with Tony again. I'd be on alert to watch for the above items if you do go with him however.

I never actually met with this service provided because he didn't follow-up with a respond as promised. I contacted him initially by text message because his voice mail message was full. He responded initially indicating he was out of the country, and said he would contact me when he returned home in 15 days. Well, 15 days passed; 20 days passed, now we're well over 30 days passed. Still no word from this contractor. I contacted him by text message a few days ago; still no response. I'm now actively looking for someone else. Hopefully that person will be reliable.

I have about 130 ft times 3 of landscaping and it was getting over grown. I had him clean that up. He replaced about 88 plants due to bulb overgrowth. He didn't put the plants in quite where I wanted them but when I told him, he moved them to exactly where I wanted them to be. I also have a pond with a wall and a vine that he cleaned up.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY ACTIVE TO MY NEEDS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CONSIDERATE. THE GUY THAT DID THE WORK IS A REALLY GOOD GUY. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN I WANTED IT TO BE, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT.
