My carpets looked brand new - and still do. I will definitely use this service again.

He was very good. They were excellent, I would be happy to use them again. He showed up on time, he explained to me just about the nature of the pet stains, because we had already treated it. He did a nice job. I think he was very honest and helpful, and I am glad we had it done. The price was very good. I wasn't pressured to do more, but I volunteered to have more done. The carpets looked like they were brand new. I was just shocked. It looks so good. An actual human being answered the telephone. I talked to him a couple of times trying to coordinate the appointment, and then they called me back to schedule it. It was like the old days when talking to humans.

Their pricing is reasonable. They apply a certain chemical that takes away the stains really well so that the carpet won't get dirty easily.

I used TNT last year and was more than satisfied. They sent me a yearly notice with a discount card. I immediately rescheduled an appointment. A date was coordinated. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional and it seemed to me that they spent extra time to do a thorough job. There is no question that the carpets dried more quickly with this process. The protector is slightly stiff when it dries, but it softens immediately upon vacuuming.

I have used them for years because they are excellent. You can get an appointment quickly and they have great customer service. I love the fact that the carpets don't stay wet for days due to the system they use as they dry in a couple of hours.

THIS COMPANY DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO HAVE THEM CLEAN MY CARPETS. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND WILL COME BACK IF THERE IS A NEED TO DO SO.
