We went to their "Showroom" after setting up an appointment via telephone. First off, the business location is extremely difficult to find. Very little signage (on front of building only which is "deep into" a commercial complex and faces away from the street). We had to call them twice to be "guided in" to their location. We arrived, expecting to find a showroom. Our hopes were we would be able to see layouts of their different products in "mock-ups" so as to get an idea of how it would look when installed. NOPE. First, their "showroom" was a office space about 12'by 14'. This was also their sales office and receptionist area. Their samples/product demo was on 2 'by 2' boards in a shelf. That was it. We had called to make this appointment for a "tour" and what we got was a pre-occupied receptionist who was more interested in helping a "walk-in" who just showed up after we had already arrived for our appointment. She was ALSO busy answering the phones. When she finally was able to connect us with someone else in the showroom for our appointment, this is what transpired, Receptionist to other employee, I don't remember his name, "This is Mr. & Mrs, Coughlin, they called yesterday and set up an appointment for today to see our products and get a quote". His reply, "Oh great, nice to meet you". (no offer of handshake), he turns to receptionist lady and says, " I forgot about their appointment and I am late for a lunch, could you take care of this for me"? and walked out of the building and left. SO DID WE!
