They sent one of their workers named Billy. He was very courteous and thorough. He did a great job and he was very fast but very skilled. The cost for the work was extremely reasonable. He also took photos and videos of the problems to document the problems.

I was ultimately very happy with their service. Initially it was frustrating because it took so many visits to diagnose the problem with my furnace, but ultimately they only charged me the $89 diagnostic fee and for parts, even though they probably put in 10 hours of labor. My furnace works great now. Update: two weeks after initial repair was completed, I was told that if the unit stopped working the repair was under warranty. The heater wouldn't heat above 60°. A week after I reported the issue the original tech came back out and charged me $80 to tell me my thermostat had defaulted. Overall I spent a month without heating when all was said and done.

they responded same day to my request to have a Ecobee 4 smart thermostat installed and at a fair price we made appointment to install the next day installer showed up in time frame of the appointment i am very happy with Sunrise energy solutions

Tried to install a nest thermostat. Came on time and started work promptly. They could not get the nest to work on my house (the nest website says it is compatible) but did a thorough check as to why it might be the case, which turned out to be the wiring on my furnace. Still paid him for his time and didn’t get the thermostat installed but he did his best

It turn out the service man had not work on a floor furnace before. He did check the brand and tried to get it to go on. It didn't. He checked to see furnace was available and it is but didn't know if it could be replaced in Calif. They were to call and give me and answer and a price on it and also on a mini slip unit. That been over a week and no call or e-mail.
