Our spa developed a leak, so we had Lloyd out to assess it. We had already filled it up completely to see if the pressure would show us a leak, but had found nothing. He had us drain it and then informed us that while he couldn't see any sure signs of a leak, it was likely that the jets needed to be re-epoxyed and that that was where the leak was. He told us that if he did it he would have to charge between $500-600 so it would be better if we just did it ourselves. He then charged us almost $100 for about 20 minutes of "work". At the end he proceeded to tell us about the ghost in his house, very unprofessional and strange. Our feeling was that since he had all the tools and materials with him, he should have just fixed the problem. Now our spa is sitting there useless until we have time to go figure out what we need and try to fix it ourselves. I would definitely not use Lloyd's services again and would not recommend him to anyone.
