All interactions with Sierra Garage Door employees were cordial and professional. The installer had an urgent issue which delayed his arrival but he politely called us in advance and later arrived at the time he stated. Ours is a backyard-facing rear garage door application. We wanted a quality product but have no need for anything fancy since it isn't visible from the street. They understood immediately and didn't try to upsell us on something which exceeded our needs. We discussed pros and cons of insulation and windows, as the door receives a lot of summer sun, and decided ultimately to not add insulation but to go with the windows. They left some product brochures so that we could view and consider other options. We've had it for three months now and we couldn't be happier. Quick and businesslike manner, and friendly to boot.

.I recently used SIERRA GARAGE DOOR. I had excellent service. I accidentally run in to my garage door and it would not come down. It was more like one or one thirty in the afternoon, they were busy but the owner came at five o'clock to help me. He did the door down. He couldn't get it down but he called his son and the son was able to get the door down. They only charged 95 $. I didn't have to get a new garage door. They were responsive, I mean in the same day. I'm very thankful because otherwise if they haven't able to come out, my garage door would at had to stay up all night. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything went great. Sierra saved me a lot of money. Sure the doors and the opener were old but they were still working. The door just needed a new panel not an entire new door and the opener has a few years left. Thanks again Sierra.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about them. I liked the fact that they came when they said they were going to come. They charged me what they said they were going to charge me.

The work was performed the same day that I called. Everything went well and in addition to fixing the actual problem, the door was also lubricated, which I appreciated a lot.
