I have used S&S exclusively due to a variety of reasons. 1. Their 24/7 operation. 2. The main technician is a mechanical engineer with a keen understanding of appliance operations. The technician is courteous, arrival is usually the same day and repairs have been completed quickly. Pricing is fair as far as my competitive studies have shown and I am very happy to have service available on weekends. I would highly recommend this company and the technican named Bobby. The company charges a flat rate and does not quote until the problem is found, so there is no running up of a bill. S&S fixes what is broken and does not look for extra work.
