• Called Russell to repair a leaking toilet in our downstairs bathroom. I was unable to reach him so I left a message. He returned my call rather quickly. He was straight forward with his pricing and was able to come out within a few hours to complete the work. He showed up at the time that he said he would. He quickly pulled the toilet replaced the wax ring, replaced the water supply line, reinstalled the toilet and caulked the base. He was very friendly, professional and he completed the work and stuck to his price he mentioned on the phone. I would recommend him and would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Do hire Russel if he is resposive and availiable. Don't hire him if he is immediately responsive to your need.

The experience using Russell Plumbing overall was outstanding!! He is very knowledgeable and great at making the plumbing project as simple as possible. Additionally he made sure to minimize the water mess when he cut and attached the new piping configuration which was definitely appreciated!!

Ok, I bought a new sink, to go with the new Granite counter top. Then it became very obvious that all the plumbing needed to be changed out. I really wanted to support my Roseville neighborhood business so I called Russell Plumbing. Spoke with Russell Thursday on the phone, he had an opening for me Friday afternoon at 2:00. Russell has been plumbing for somthing like the last eighteen years. This guy was amazing, showed up when he said he would, very professional, awsum personality and sense of humor. No kidding, he did all the plumbing, installed the new Insinkerator, Air gap, Air switch and Faucett. Then he removed the old dishwasher, set up the new dishwasher, installed it all without a scratch on the (very expensive) wood floors. His estimate matched his final cost and was very competative I would recommend his work to anyone.

Russ came out, diagnosed the problem, and then proceeded to make the repair on the following week. Everything went fine except that some of the old pipe did not break evenly, but Russ kept working on it until it was correct.

Russell was on time as scheduled and did the install efficiently and correctly. We have used Russell on many occasions in the past and his work has always been outstanding and professional.
