I would give 0 stars if it let me. I was in the market for a new vehicle and the one I wanted was coming in on a specific date. I was told it was first come, first serve which was understandable. I was sent the actual build sheet from Toyota with a price of MSRP on it from this dealership. I was also told by a manager in writing, that this was the price. When the vehicle arrived, I ran straight to the dealer to start the process. When I got there the price was now 10k over MSRP and I was told that they would not sell it to me unless I bought paint protection, dent insurance and Lojak. This alone was over 4k worth of add-ons. It was the worst experience I ever had with a dealer. Needless to say, I did not purchase from them and caution anyone from ever doing business with this dealership. My experience was exactly the type of slimy tactics you hear dealerships pulling from time to time. I urge anyone in the market for a vehicle to just use an online service like Carvana or Vroom as they will not pull these kinds of stunts.

I usually get a 6 month service every 6 months or so. I have always had good service there. That's why I keep going back. I would imagine they overprice because they are a dealership. The quality is good. It took about an hour and half to two hours because they did service as well. I have good experiences using Toyota.

The buying experience was less than optimal, it took so long to finally get done to here's the price and when even I said no they kept chasing me out the door shouting lower and lower prices until I finally said yes. when we finally got all said and done the price that they charge me was not the price we agree to but they made it right later I was completely blown away by that they stood by their word and fixed it.When I taken it in for service everybody is extremely meticulous in detail and keeps me appraise of things. They are very responsive when I need anything.

With a dealer, the prices tend to be higher than some of the other places. The main issue is the price. Trying to get an appointment sometimes is difficult. You've got to wait several days in order to get an appointment.

Upon pick-up of my vehicle, i did my usual walk-around and I noticed both front wheel covers (plastic) were cracked/split. They were not this way when I dropped it off. I discussed this with service advisor and he said I must have hit a curb. The way they were cracked was not likely from a curb (on both sides of the car?)I proposed it could have happened when they were removed for tire rotation. Not satisfied with his response of saying I was at fault, he brought out mechanic who showed me how they remove them and said no way that could have damaged it. I said theycould have been damaged by something dropping on them whole off the vehicle. Once again they accused me of bringing them in that way. I demanded I talk to Service Manager. He agreed with them that they didn't do it. He said he would split cost of replacements. I said they should replace em 100% or I will go to corporate customer relations. They never called me back within 2 business days as promised. Instead, on the third day, A representative from the dealership's service manager called me and said corporate referred it back to them. Splitting cost was still the only option offered. I declined - if not replaced, I will never return there and possibly not buy Toyota again! I don't like the implication that I was trying to get away with free wheel covers! No longer Toyota satisfied customer! P.s. Battery inspection was marked in the green, but comment on 2nd page stated battery not checked, trunk was full. It has had things in the back on all previous 9 services and never noted as not checked, trunk full. Makes you wonder how much is not really inspected but marked as such! I guess they don't check spare tire pressure either (also in trunk)!!

We went to the John L. Sullivan company online to get the best price, and they got back with us within a few days. We told them we just wanted their lowest price and their out-the-door deal, and they did just that. They didn't try to add on things or push us into a higher price. The salesperson, Justin Hahn, worked with us and made sure everything was handled. We were very impressed with him. We're in our 80s and it was the best car purchase experience we've had in our life!
