The owner came out and measured the house. They are very honest about rebate programs and that they are not on the list for that. They didn't want to charge more to their customers just so that people could get the rebates offered. He offered a better system for similar pricing, and it was much less paperwork than trying to get a rebate. The staff looked at my house and fixed a bunch of things and made some better recommendations for better air flow and never charged me for it. You feel like you are working with your brother, they just make you feel very comfortable. He was always calling you to make sure schedules would work between us, and was very accommodating. We had originally decided to put both systems in at the same time in December, but then I suggested doing one in November and one in January and he was very willing to work with me on that; he thought it was a great idea. He was just so nice about everything and you never feel like you are being up-sold on anything. He did a lot of little things like including vents at no charge to me.

Called and they showed up the next day. After checking the system, in the attic (about 45 minutes) found a loose wire in the thermostat, connected it, no charge. Thank you very much!

Skip has been coming out at least every 18 to 24 months to maintain my system. I have been very happy with him. He has been the only one that actually takes the hose up on the roof and cleans out the system.
