Ran 20 minutes late but called me with updated time. Loren was very personable and professional. Had spring in his truck and replaced it in 15 minutes. Also modified my garage door opener arm for better efficiency and tightened the belt on my opener. Things now work great.

Loren is awesome. On time, communicates, has integrity, listens to your desired result wanted and follows through. I told Loren I was picky and would be hard to please, Loren said great we'll make sure your happy. He come through in spades.

It all went very well.

wanteThe visit to install the service went quite well. I had a couple of hiccups in communicating with Loren (hope I have the right spelling of his name).
We had the appointment scheduled and the day of the appointment he told us the opener model we wanted was not available, and he gave us the choice to either get a lower model the same day or wait for the next day. He came the next day as promised with the right model, albeit he came about an hour or two later than promised. The installation went without a hiccup. He also told us other things about our garage door and helped us avoid unneeded work.
I enjoy working with this company, and will do so again.
One small nitpick... I wish there was someone to answer the phone when we call. Looks like now you have to leave a message and get a call later.

We heard this horrible sound one night and the next day our garage door wouldn't open. Call Angies list and they helped get us Door Pros. We called and they were out in under a half hour. They gave us a estmint, then fixed it. It was great. Will use them again if we have to.

Loren said he could replace the motor, however, given the age of the opener, something else could go. I own a business where I'm in and out of the house throughout the day. I can't have a garage door that will not close. I opted to buy a new opener. Loren installed the opener the following Monday. He was done in about an hour. The supplier didn't have the model I'd ordered so they upgraded me at no additional charge. Loren removed all of the old opener hardware, etc. and installed the new one and also performed maintenance on the door itself. I love my new opener! I've used Roseville Overhead Door twice now and I continue to be satisfied with their service!

Loren and another member of Roseville Overhead door (didn't catch his name) came out and replaced a garage door. The door that was previously there was probably at least 40 years old and the garage had a low ceiling height, about 6 feet. In addition the garage is not perfectly square. They worked really hard to make sure the garage looked good while still allowing the door to function properly. They were efficient and tackled the challenge. They even rigged the electricity because I currently had none in the garage so they would have been working in the dark. In addition they came out the next day to install a lock on the door.

He did a good job, arrived on time to measure and the day of the installation called to let me know he would be a few minutes later because he was in traffic. I appreciated that since I had taken off work. He installed the door and opener, made sure that I knew how to work it and cleaned up before he left.
