Called, and came in on a late Saturday afternoon without an appointment. The service writer (Irvin) looked thoughtful, asked a couple of questions, looked up the recall notices, and told us it might be covered under that notice. Didn't try to sell us any other services, was pleasant, and told us that it wouldn't take much time to check it out and make sure that this was the problem. We stayed a short time in the waiting room, he returned, said that it was the issue, and that the car was being washed and would be available to drive home shortly. That worked for us...

It went very well. They had it done in a day, and the brakes included replacing the rotors. Very professional, gave us an upfront estimate, which changed due to the brake condition once they got in to do the work. Called each time they found something so we could make a decision. We have used Roseville Hyundai before and have never been disappointed, they're always friendly and professional and were always ready to return repaired parts when requested, etc. We will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop for their vehicles.

The entire transaction went very well. We told the salesman exactly what we wanted and he ordered it for us. There was no attempt to sell us on something else on the lot or move us to a more expensive model. We were contacted several times to keep us informed about the status of our order and to check on how things were going after receiving the car.

They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot. The dealer went to get the car. I didn't test drive it, which I should have. The car floated on the highway. I bought a manual. It never shifted right. It wouldn't find the natural path. I lived with that till about 13,000 miles. Whenever I complained about it, they told me that I didn't know how to drive a five speed. They took my car in December and kept it for about 2 weeks. They said it was the clutch and then they said it was the hydraulics and then called back to tell me that it was out of warranty. They needed to pull out my clutch and replace it. That wasn't even the problem. I went to another dealership who took the car in January. They replaced the first and second gear and the synchro's. The car still does not shift properly. Hyundai's policy will not give you a new transmission on a five gear. They will just try to rebuild it.

I hated working with them. The service was misleading and I ended up paying a lot more than I expected, it was just horrible. I truly don't think they are not honest at all and they don't keep the promises that they make to their customers. I don't trust them and I will never buy a vehicle from them ever again.
