It took a little bit longer to get the glass than I expected. It did not seem like she was interested. It seemed very blah.

Prior Phone Estimate: $370, including beveled edge, pick-up, delivery and installation (based on wardrobe sliding door)
In-home Estimate: 9/14/11, $395, including beveled edge, pick-up, delivery and installation (based on a standard door with door knob and 3-hinges)
Selected Vendor for Work: 9/21/11
Pick-up: 9/23/11
Estimated Completion: Week of 9/30/11
Actual Completion: 10/25/11

I was surprised by the revised estimate, but agreed to it after I was informed the revision was based on an incorrect initial assumption of the scope.  The initial assumption was the door was a sliding wardrobe door.  The revised estimate comprehended that the actual glass mirror was glued to a standard door, requiring the glass mirror to have a hole cut for the door knob and also required extra gluing to the entire door.

The vendor arrived on 9/23 as scheduled, mid-way between the 4-hour scheduled time-window.  He was courteous and professional.  He efficiently removed the old door and carried it away for further work.

I was told it would take about a week to fabricate the new glass mirror.  However, I received no follow-up status or scheduling call during the week of 9/30, but they did call the week after (on 10/7) to tell me that the replacement glass had come in.  At that time, we scheduled an installation date for 10/13.

On 10/13 (the date of the installation), Roseville Glass called to inform that they detected some gouges and chips in the bottom of the glass mirror that rendered the mirror unfit for installation.  They put a rush on a replacement glass, which arrived on 10/22, and we rescheduled the installation for 10/25.

On 10/25, Roseville Glass arrived promptly and precisely at the scheduled time, efficiently installed the door, made final adjustments and completed all associated clean-ups.
