Lousy. Company's office made an appointment with me for 0830-0930 on a Sunday and then failed to show up.

His failure to even call back to say he was not going to perform this service for me delayed my getting another person to fix the sprinkler system. The person who identified the real problem didn't charge a dime for finding and fixing the slipped wire. I am most disappointed that there was no follow up courtesy phone call advising me that he would not return to take the job.
