Mr. Romano was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show me what was wrong and had failed on the unit. He also explained everything he needed to do to fix it. He gave me a quote upfront and didn't try to upsell. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely hire Romano HVAC again.
