There were just a couple of hiccups when calling the provider. More often than not, the answering machine would take my call. The office employee would usually call back within a reasonable amount of time but I have had to try again on a couple of occasions. Once a tablet was added which resulted in an additional charge that I wasn't aware of until I got the bill. The following year the previous month's bill did have a notation about it. Another time they were supposed to call to schedule a service day different than our usual one but didn't so the service man couldn't get in. No problems for quite some time, though and our actual service man, Tim, is great!! :)
I highly recommend them to all of my friends and will continue to use their service as long as I have a pool!
During Rick's initial inspection he asked about the pool light remote control. We told him we never could get it to work. He inspected both the remote and switch in the control box and determined that the switch was bad. He replaced the switch a few days after the pump was installed. He also noticed that the color of the water in the pool was a bit green and that he could bring it back to it's proper color by adding some chemicals to it. These two items are what the others missed.
