I called the store numerous times to report buckling of the underpad and the fact that three rows of loops were missing from the carpet in the family room they sent out the installer who spent some time on restreching the carpet but it didn't help still have bulges from the pad I had to hire local carpenter to rehang the closet door and the carpet mfg said since I didn't have the carpet cleaned they couldn't do anything about it. The kitchen stove left main burner burnt out in less than a year and now I have to replace it.I'll never buy from them again.
