Doug was very accommodating and prompt. He met me and we discussed my project. He was easy to talk with and knowledgeable about construction. He was polite and friendly and he offered some insightful ideas about my proposed design. After discussing the project plan, Doug gave me a fair price that we both agreed on. I didn't pay him anything up front.
He completed the project very quickly--in a day or two and he did an excellent job! His workmanship was very precise and accurate. Doug is a perfectionist and he was very careful and respectful of my project. The cuts he made were spot on and the brackets fit perfectly. The wood didn't have any nicks, dents, or splits. It was very clean. There was no debris, sawdust, or grease. The bookcase fit together perfectly and I was very pleased with the results. I would hire Doug again for a variety of projects.
