Had Pro Active Pest Control out to my home yesterday just to take a look at my pest situation in the home I am living in and what an experience! I have never been a real believer in the past when it comes to pest control; I've always thought that whatever needed to be done when it came to pest problems could be taken care of yourself, but after Kyle from Pro Active came out and was able to educate me on the process and the importance of professional pest control service I can say that my outlook has drastically changed.
I just want to note on the professionalism that was demonstrated by this company at my home yesterday. Very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and fair service. When it comes to pricing Pro Active is also quite competitive, but I would even be willing to pay more for the above-and-beyond kind of service you receive. Kyle was able to explain to me about the environment-friendly chemicals (I hate to even use the word chemicals since they are so safe) that he uses which was a major plus. I also appreciated the family style of attitude that his company presents by making the customer really feel like they matter. Not to mention, Kyle was able to find a couple of black widows and black widow prone areas of the house that he was able to treat to make sure they don't come back (which is super important to me when I have a 1 year old running around the back yard!).
I can just attest to the thorough nature of Pro Active Pest Control and their flexibility in scheduling and the professionalism of the staff and technicians, etc etc etc. I could go on and on, but mainly I just need to recommend that if you are looking for a company that stands out among the others while still offering competitive prices, don't look any further!!! And if you don't think you need pest control, have someone from Pro Active come out and they can be an EXCELLENT source of knowledge about how important it really is for every home.
I finally told them to take a hike and found Pro Active Pest Control on the internet. I was very skeptical and thought I would get the same run around and yet still have Earwigs. Kylie promised they would taken care of and that I would not need monthly treatments both in and outside my home as I had been having to do. So I thought I would give him a try, thinking he was full of hot air just like the others.
It's been about 8 months now I am very happy to report that after the second treatment (both in first two months at no extra charge) the Earwigs are GONE! No more finding them all over my home on a nightly basis. I kept waiting for the Earwigs to come back but NO! The only thing that makes me mad is how much money I wasted on the other company that ripped me off on a monthly basis.
You won't go wrong using Pro Active, Kyle is very professional, shows up on time, calls the day before to remind me he will be out like I asked him to and is the only one to get the job done in the right way.
